  • Have you been working with an agent? If you currently have a Broker Buyer Agreement I cannot be of service to you, please contact your Agent. I won't ask if your related to an agent, since everyone is!
  • Hi John Smith, It's pretty rough out there on the Internet so I don't mind if you choose to be secretive until we know each other better.
  • You can certainly enter a free yahoo or google e-mail address here until you know you want to work with me, I won't contact you unless you request me to, that's only the cool thing to do. Promise :-).
  • This always gets my attention!
  • Just be general and allow a little room for negociation.
  • Use to limit the search to above this listed price.
  • Please let us know where you would like to search? The more specific you are, the less results that you will have - I suggest starting more general and narrow your search later.
  • You can enter any other items that are important to you. Again remember the more specific your search requirements are the more likely some dummy does not enter the listing information correctly.
