Jacques Albrecht brings a great deal of real estate experience, both in residential and commercial transactions.  Licensed since 2002, Jacques has a strong work ethic with a focus on Client advocacy and service.  Before joining RealtyV2, he worked for Coldwell Banker and Prudential California Realty in the exclusive Rancho Santa Fe market.Jacques was born in Verdun, France and move to Montreal Canada where he learned English as a second language.  He relocated to Pasadena, California where he attended Pasadena High School.  While at UCLA he studied motion picture film and subsequently graduated with a B.S. degree from San Diego State University in radio, television, and film.Jacques Albrecht worked in the film industry at various companies for many years and eventually owned his own company in 1985.  He successfully specialized in short form productions for commerce, marketing and advertising, winning many international awards.  This marketing and film background experiance has served him well in his real estate career.After tiring of international travel Jacques decided to go into real estate to be close to his growing family in 2002.  Honing his skills through the years, Jacques felt a need  to leave the corporate brokerage, allowing him to market himself and the autonomy to makes his own decisions.

Serving most of coastal San Diego County, Jacques is familiar with not only the Rancho Santa Fe Market, but many communities throughout the County.  Other areas that Jacques is familiar with is La Jolla where he owned 2 homes, Carmel Valley, and coastal San Diego.

Over the years he has advised many Clients in their residential and commercial real estate needs.

Jacques continues to professionally and personally provide real estate expertise, marketing properties for sellers, and facilitating purchases on behalf of his Clients.  He brings with him a wealth of technical expertise anchored in good old fashioned customer care.
