Agents working with big box brokerages start to believe the spin about being number one and the best of the best.
The general perception is the large brokerages make up the majority of the agent population, while in fact, 58.7% of California’s Brokerages are one agent.
Only 13.8% of the brokerages are five or more agents.
86.2% of brokerages are four or fewer agents.
