San Diego, CA. Luxury Rancho Santa Fe Homes Median Price Per Square Foot Continues Downward Trend
Thought it would be interesting to look at the Rancho Santa Fe real estate market – 92067 & 92091 for single family detached homes. Market data is provided from Altos Research and includes only active inventory in Sandicor MLS.
Looking at median price per square foot in the 4 price quartiles, the highest priced homes have seen the most decline from over $1,100.00 in March of 2009 to just over $800.00 as of today. The bottom price quartile is the most stable over the same period of time, but still trending downward to $450.00 per square foot.
One positive piece of news for Sellers is inventory continues to be very low. Going in to the spring 2010 market buyers will probably reverse the price per square foot downtrend with so few properties to choose from.
