Finishing our look at the downtown San Diego market I wanted to see how new listings on the market compared with existing listings and listings that went pending. As expected. newer listings coming into the market are priced less than the existing inventory – in fact very close to the median of those units going pending. Exiting median prices continue a downward trend.
If you want to sell your downtown San Diego home you’ll need to price on comparables, not on wishful thinking – Buyers are only buying value.
