NOTE: Smart Corner had an auction to determine current market prices.  The sales above reflect the old list prices and the sales prices which are substantially different.  I am glad to see the Developer finally become realistic regarding market prices and I applaud them for being so open in the list price to sales price reporting to Sandicor – not always the case with developers.  My plan is to get by there in the next week or so to shoot a video – stay tuned.
