San Diego Luxury Real Estate Market Listing Reduction Trends in Del Mar, Coronado, La Jolla, and Rancho Santa Fe

Taking a look at active listings in Del Mar, Coronado, La Jolla, and Rancho Santa Fe the trend has been downward in listing price reductions with all of them under 39%.  La Jolla has the highest percentage of listing price reductions while Rancho Santa Fe has the lowest at under 33%.  Information updated on January 25, 2010.
