It’s the little details that make the best REALTOR®
In life the devil is in the details.
A good REALTOR® can make your transaction so much more pleasurable and build in so much more protection, than one that does not have the experience or patience to concentrate on those little details.
Consider:
When writing a contact don’t just write 45 days to close of escrow, carefully consider your clients situation and put a specific date in to allow for moving. Good for the client and also good to show importance of closing on a certain date .
Consider the clients situation when choosing contract resolution methods. Expand time frames for reasonable response of notice to perform.
If you are looking for a good deal be sure to load the gun – write a clean contract to purchase putting your offer in the best possible light. Listen to your agent on the best way to strategically structure your offer.
Contracts and disclosures are full of alot of “what if’s”. A good REALTOR® will know which addendums and contract provisions will best protect your interests without hurting negotiation power. A good agent will know which DETAILS are important.
In putting together an offer there are many small choices that will make huge differences if certain things come up. By using a REALTOR® that considers each and every one of those small details, you’ll be happy to know you’re protected later on should the issue arise.
So in closing this 9 part series I think I have covered most of the important traits to consider in your search. Perhaps the most important of all is finding a good fit – It’s a very important choice which will go a long way in a successful real estate transaction.
