Vantage Pointe is located in East Village of downtown San Diego bounded by Ninth & Tenth Avenue and A and B Streets. There are three towers, 40 stories, 26 stories, and 10 stories with a total of 679 condominiums in total, 1,076 parking spaces. The building was recently completed and is offered for both sale and lease. The sales center is located at 1281 9th Street. The video states two towers which is incorrect,
Vantage Pointe was the largest building caught in the downturn of real estate prices in downtown San Diego. Failure to meet occupancy deadlines forced the developer to release owners from pre-sold units that were purchased at the height of the real estate market.
