Foreclosure Radar Releases November San Diego Home Foreclosure Numbers
According to Foreclosure Radar San Diego had 2,290 Notice of Defaults (NOD) filed in November 2009. This is a reduction over October NOD filings of 2,762 but that probably has more to do use the limited days available for filing in November. November had only 18 days where filing could be recorded due to Veterans Day and Thanksgiving. There were a total of 1,465 in November 2008.
There were 2,115 Notice of Trustee Sales (NTS) in November 2009, down from 2,915 in October of 2009. November of 2008 reported 2,045 NTS.
There were a total of 952 properties that went back to the bank and 331 sold to 3rd parties in November 2009.
