Interesting to note that in Rancho Santa Fe there is a high percentage of listings that are re-listed with either the same agent or another Broker.  Note that Rancho Santa Fe has peaked at over 25% of the listings.  The least amount of re-listed properties is Coronado at under 10%.

As a buyer looking a days on the market (DOM) to get the true picture you need to check for prior listings.  What may appear to be a newly listed property could one that has already been on the market.  I always provide previous listings to give my Clients and true picture of time on the market.
