Starting a new real estate brokerage is exciting business, because RealtyV2 (Version 2.0) has a blank slate to build it’s philosophies and business model that is not encumbered by the old ideas of what a Real Estate Company should be.  In the formulation of those basic tenants, we have come up with the Client Bill of Rights that will guide the Company into the future.

  1. Agency. You have the right to be fully represented.  That means that I will represent either a Buyer or a Seller, but never both in the same transaction.  I believe that Dual Agency is never in the interest of the Client, but always in the interest of the Brokerage.  While this may limit my income potential in certain situations – it is the “right thing” to do.  For more discussion on Agency please visit the Agency Category.
  2. Technology. You have the right of the best technology to make the real estate transaction easier for you.  Let’s face the fact that the real estate industry is still in the dark ages regarding technology.  Most of the best technology is available outside the industry.  An example of technology that will save the Clients time is using electronic signatures.  Visit our Technology Category for more details.
  3. Experience. You have the right to old fashioned, time tested ideals of what works in a traditional real estate brokerage.  While using the latest technology and social media is great, we think that many ideas that have been developed over the years in real estate are sound.  Past experience and knowledge combined with those new ideas will work in the future of real estate – this experience will benefit the Client – new thinking and tools anchored in the bedrock of solid real estate experience.
  4. Communication. You have the right to constant, relevant communication.  It seems pretty simple that you would want to be able to communicate with your Real Estate Brokerage.  We answer our telephone all hours of the day, and when we cannot because we are with Clients, we will return your calls, e-mail, or texts promptly.  Real Estate moves at the speed of light, and you cannot afford a Company or Broker that does not keep that pace.  Just give us a call to see how quickly we respond.
  5. Education.  You have the right to be informed and educated.  Rather than just shove papers in front of Clients, we believe that the process should be explained over and over again – giving the Client the assurance of what is next, and what should I really be paying attention to?  We are with you every step of the transaction – watching out for only for your interests.
  6. Green. You have the right to a Company that is environmentally sensitive. Through the use of electronic signatures, digital on-line file storage, advanced home search engines, and the overall reduction of paper.
  7. Client Advocacy. You have the right to expect focused, Client care. We believe in working closely with each Client; our business model is not how many Clients we have, but how well each are served.  We spend the time and effort to review and advise on each transaction.
  8. Respect. You have the right of respect as a fellow human being.
  9. Privacy. You have the right for Privacy.  We will never share your contact information with anyone without your permission.  RealtyV2 will never recommend a Company based on a financial benefit – our recommendations are based on past experience and the desire to refer companies with excellent customer care.
  10. Code of Ethics. You have a right to deal with a REALTOR® who subscribes to the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice which has it’s basis in the “Golden Rule”.
