While we know what a wonderful place San Diego is, it’s nice to hear Forbes mention our wonderful home. Yesterday, Forbes posted an article naming San Diego one of the best cities to buy a home in.
“While the majority of the nation’s housing markets are still working toward a bottom, some cities are boasting fundamentals that make them good places to buy a home now. In addition to Los Angeles, these include Denver, Boston, Phoenix and San Diego.”
San Diego was number 4 on a list of 25 cities. The article states that Price Per Square Feet – Increase or Decrease in San Diego from March 2009 vs. Feb. 2009 was -0.1% March 2009 vs. March 2008: 28.7%. Percentage of Zip Codes with 25% of sales: 24.4%.
