According a recent Harris Poll real estate agents overall rank below car salesmen.  Over the next month I am going to write a group of articles on what you should be looking for in a REALTOR® and what you probably want to avoid.

The video link below is an interview with Ann Randolf with Murray Consulting in Denver.  She makes some excellent points on the need for agents to communicate faster and for consumers to realize the importance of Agency and being represented in the real estate transaction.
