I am pleased to announce that today is the first official day of my new real estate brokerage named RealtyV2, which is short for Realty Version 2.0. In the next month, I will write posts as to why I have made this move, and what the philosphy of RealtyV2 is.
In a nut shell, the real estate business is changing and those companies that will thrive in the future are those that are focused on the Client’s experience. RealtyV2 will be a single agency brokerage, meaning that it will either represent a Buyer or a Seller, but never both together in a dual agency relationship. The focus of the Company is Green through use of digital signatures, on-line file storage, Client care and advocacy, and providing the best possible tools for Clients and prospects to make informed real estate investments. After 20 years of growing in this industry, I want to serve my Clients in the best possible way. Onward and upward as they say – Yippie!
